    Upcoming State Testing


    All Hacienda La Puente Unified School District students should use a district-issued laptop when taking the upcoming California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC). Your child's school site will reach out to you with the device pick-up schedule and instructions.

    For instructions on how to download a secured testing browser on a personal device (Mac/Windows), how to access your student's Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) that will be needed prior to the start of testing, and additional testing resources, please click the button below.

    2020-2021 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) survey is now open

    Dear HLPUSD Staff, Students, and Families,

    The 2020-2021 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) survey is now open.

    The LCAP survey helps the district to establish priorities and to continue and/or establish programs that best serve our students. 

    Participation in the LCAP survey is open to all staff; students in grades 7-12; and parents/families of district students. Please take a moment to click on the link below that best describes you: Staff, Student, or Parent (families). If you are an employee and have a child enrolled, you may take the survey once as an employee and again as a parent.





    The Survey is available in English, Spanish and Chinese and can be taken on any device.

    Student Housing Questionnaire

    Dear Wildcat Families, 

     Are you experiencing any of the following housing situations?  Are you living in: 

    • a hotel/motel 
    • a rented garage or room in someone else's home 
    • your car 

    If the answer is yes to any of the above, you may be eligible for addition support.  Please click the link below to compete the Student Housing Questionnaire (SHQ).

    Families can choose any of the following to submit their SHQ:  

    1. Drop off at the District Office next to the Lunch application box
