Would you like to add or change a phone number to receive our weekly phone messages?
If your contact information changes, please keep our office updated. If you would like to add another number to receive the messages, simply click on the link below and submit your request. Be sure to include your name, students name and grade in the message and we will be happy to update your information in our computer system.
